Cabin 11 was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. Everything was clean and as described, and centrally located for all of our outings. Having four king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two living areas was perfect for everyone to have space to retreat to at the end of the day. Great communication with the hosts, easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay again!

To be clear, the need for TLC did not dampen our fun. But, the fan in room two squeaks terribly and I could not breathe without it. Others in the cabin were cold and I was hot. The drain in one of the bathroom sinks did not work and when one of the kids washed their hands in that bathroom it was always the one they chose. Also, we may be a daft group but we could NOT change the code to a shorter version of the number. I guess that is on us. Overall, it was a wonderful place and the location is perfect. We were in five miles of everything we wanted to do. The owners responded quickly to any and all questions. I would stay again even without the TLC.

It was a great place for us and our 3 adult children and their families. Having 4 separate rooms with king size beds and a bathroom for all was great. And the location was so convenient for all our activities. We will definitely stay there again.

cabin 11 was perfect for our family. Four bedrooms four bath gave everyone their own private space. Having two living rooms allowed for game time.

Loved the cabin. the location was perfect. Felt like we were out in the country, but actually very close to everything. we loved the enclosed back porch. Has a small kitchen, but we only cooked for breakfast. would book again.

Came here to experience a little Christmas Fun. Cabin was great. Lots of room and contacting the property manager was super easy and he took very good care of us. Would definitely stay here again especially in the summer time. Amenities are great.

We are three families that grew up together. We take an annual float trip every year. This four-bedroom en suite cabin with full a/c back porch sunroom & full kitchen, was an incredible stay . The pools on site were great for the kids during down time. The availability of things in town are right around the corner. But don't deal with all the in town noise & constant traffic. It put us 26 min to the James river & we floated all day with James River Canoe rental. We stayed here for three day we will be looking forward to coming back!

Great location close to everything. Every place was easy to find with google. Pool closes at 11 the paper said dusk, so our kids where excited about the extra time.
