Property was as shown, beautiful clean condo, nice pool area. Quiet area, beautiful sunsets. If you are planning on cooking, bring any and all spices with as they have nothing available. Bring a pen if you want to log into their journal, that was not available either. We had a problem with the gate upon entering, the hist food text back immediately with a solution. Overall a great choice for your visit.

Excellent property. Exactly as described. Condo had everything we needed for our stay including snacks which were a nice touch! Very clean and comfortable. Views of the lake were great and the steps down to the water were very convenient. Will definitely rent here again next year

We had a wonderful stay here. Beds we comfortable . The view of the lake was amazing. We will be back in the winter. Thank you for making this an amazing experience.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay with an amazing view and found the perfect place. It checked all the boxes - beautiful view, quiet, close to all things in Branson, and affordable. Booking and check in was easy, communication with the property manager was excellent, our condo was extremely clean and inviting, and the view/proximity to the water was exactly what we were looking for!

We stayed in December and I was so surprised to be welcomed by a lit up Christmas tree in the living room!! I was so excited. It made our stay perfect. We loved the condo, it was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our dog, it had a grassy area right off the patio and great view. The only complaint we had was that the people upstairs kept us up. You can hear them walk around or really sounded like a pack of dogs running around, we are not sure. I recommend bringing your earplugs. - (Dec 2023 - VRBO)

This place was a great pick for our family! When we entered, our attention was drawn to the photos and artwork. Everything was clean and neat and welcoming. Loved the thoughtful details that made us feel special! We will definitely look for availability on our next Branson trip. Carol S

Nice property with close proximity to branson bay marina. Quaint staircase to beach access. We had a great time and place was very clean and comfortable.

We love staying at Emerald Point, very beautiful location with great views of the lake from the condo. It's great that it is ground floor for ease with a pet. As for the condo itself, very nice, spacious and comfortable. Everything is very clean, comfortable beds, TV's in bedrooms, nice bathrooms. The pool out front of the condo was nice. We are returning renters to these condos they are so nice, great price also. - (Jul 2023 - Returning)

Wonderful place to stay. Access to the lake and gated community was a plus as well. Thank you for a restful stay for our vacation.

Lovely stay in clean, well appointed, comfortable condo. The hosts thought of everything-snacks, coffee, kitchenware, games, videos. Very comfortable beds and such a gorgeous location! We enjoyed a fun retreat with friends. Property manager was very communicative and helpful with all aspects. Thank you for your hospitality!
