I want to thank the owners for allowing us to rent their amazing and gorgeous beach front condo for our last minute vacation! Booking was quick and easy. Upon arrival my husband and I were so excited to see the spectacular view of the ocean from almost every room and a fabulous deck to relax on with comfortable seating. I love that this condo actually has huge and plentiful comfortable furniture to sit and sleep on just like you would want in your home. The condo is very large, much larger than the pictures, and beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed that this was located in a much smaller condominium community, and not in the overcrowded, twenty floor high-rise buildings usually found beachfront. Our experience felt like being in a home. The beach itself is absolutely gorgeous and spacious with zero overcrowding due to its location. There is a nice big pool in the community too. Everything was quiet and peaceful. The town of Orange Beach and Gulf shores has changed in so many great ways since I last visited 25 years ago. The restaurants are wonderful and the people are so very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed out dinner at Zeke's on the marina. The condo is on the 4th floor, but very close to the beach. Just a short walk to the elevator, then past the pool, and over the brand new walking bridge onto the beautiful beach. The condo has plenty of beach chairs as well. We loved this condo and our vacation so much that we are planning on making an annual trip of it.

Snowbird Favorite - Feb 8 opening - Right on the Beach with East and West Views!

Location: The condo location is on the very end of the building so you can see east and west down the beach. You can also see the pool. This was great for older teens. You could check on them from the condo whether they were at the beach or the pool. To get to the beach you go down the elevator, pass the heated outdoor pool and then a short boardwalk to the beach. Lots of great shells too!Condo: a great layout, large and spacious. We loved the huge table for puzzles and adult coloring. The views are spectacular from the living room and the 2 rooms with king beds. We loved the large windows and the great furniture on the balcony. I would recommend this place 100% and would stay here again. We did not want to leave.

Just like as described. Very nice, great views of the beaches, from the balcony, east and west. Every morning watching the Sun Rise, so cool. Sunset you have to go out on the beach. Take you binoculars, I spotted a school of dolphins a couple of times. Enjoyed our stay, I would book again.

The condo was exceptional. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Balcony furniture was comfortable. We would stay here again.

We just stayed at this unit over fall break with the kids. We loved it. I will say the pictures actually don't do it justice. We loved all the little upgrades through out the condo that made things simple. The building itself, the pool, elevators and beach access are all great. And the location is perfect. You're about half way between Gulf Shores and Orange beach activity and only about a 5-7 min drive either way. We will be staying here again in the future. - (Oct 2024 - VRBO)

The place was amazing the only thing I didn't like is the grills are all the way out by the road. I was told they were by the pool area and it was not even close. I would stay here again because the room was amazing. We are a family who loves to grill and stay close to the condos and it was not close to the pool liked told. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves a nice and clean room and a beautiful view all day long.

My family of 5 recently stayed at the Palm Beach in Orange Beach and it was absolutely amazing! First off, being Gulf Front is just the best! But there was so much more. The layout of the unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware (which we used multiple times throughout the week), silverware and even tupperware! Beds were comfortable, decor was stunning and there was even plenty of hand soap to use! We will definitely use Branson Vacation Rentals again for our next stay in Orange Beach! - (Jul 2024 - Branson)

My husband, brother, Mama, and Papa met from different states for our annual beach meet. Our ages 55- 85. The facilities were wonderful. The decor of our condo, the comfort, the cleanliness, the location, the scenery,,, it was all perfect. The weather did not communicate most of the week but even to be able to see out of all the windows, we had a God made movie over the ocean at night. We will be booking again if the unit stays up to this standard. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

Our communication with the owner was great and booking the condo was really easy. I was wondering if the condo would be as great as it looked in the pictures. It was so much more!! The condo is very well decorated, roomy, and cozy at the same time. I have never stayed in a condo at the beach that was as good as this one! The blinds have remote controls; where else can you be in bed and push a button to raise the blinds to see the ocean! It was equipped with everything we needed plus more. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great (these things are very important to me). The views were so amazing in the living room and in two of the three bedrooms. I hate to brag to much about this condo because I definitely want it to be available when I go back to the beach! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We loved our stay here despite a few small hiccups. I'll address the hiccups first: * The passcode wasn't correct on the check-in paperwork so upon arriving we couldn't get into our unit. It was later at night with a 2 and 4 yr old so not ideal to not be able to get in after a long day of traveling, but after calling the help numbers they found the code and we were able to get in after about 35 minutes. * Only one spare roll of toilet paper with the other rolls not completely full either so we had to go out and buy our own toilet paper. Not a huge deal, but just didn't expect to have to buy our own TP on our vacation. Now the positives which did outweigh the negatives: * The unit overall was excellent- spacious, clean, nice and comfortable bedding, pillows, blankets, cute decor * Beautiful views of the beach and ocean, loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves, and amazing sand/beach to play on. We even saw a pod of dolphins from our balcony! * Loved the location of being next to Gulf State Park- it was like we had our own beach away from the busy spring break crowds and being across the street from more paths at Gulf State Park for running, walking, biking was perfect! Lartigue's Fish Market right across the street was delicious! * Pool was great as well- it would be amazing for the property to have a hot tub but looks like many of them don't in this area. We really enjoyed this place and would love to come back!
