The whole experience was excellent at this property! Everything exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony to the comfort of the beds and large bathroom and space made us feel totally at home!

The property was just as described, and very comfortable. We did have a few issues while there but the property manager was able to fix most of them quickly. The main one was the bath tub wouldn't drain in the master bath. He came out quickly and got it fixed for us. They need to invest in extra towels. We stayed 3 nights and had to wash towels twice for everyone to have enough. The floats for the pool both had holes in them. We blew them up in the condo and within 5 minutes they were both flat. Water was inside them, so we were not the first ones to have this issue obviously. The remote for the TV didn't work well either. It looked worse for wear, and needs to be replaced. It was frustrating to try to get it to work like it should. Other than those issues, we had a great time.

The owner paid attention to the details of the condo. They even had a welcome basket which was a very nice touch.

I'd book this place again if we travel to Branson for baseball again. It was a 2 minute to the RecPlex and it was reasonable compared to the nearby Hampton Inn. This unit is located on the 4th floor, which is the top floor, near the middle of the building. The view was pleasant - minimal buildings/residences and overlooking the pool. Mature trees provided some privacy. Parking was never an issue over the July 4th holiday weekend. There are stairs and an elevator, whichever you prefer. Elevator was fast and reliable. The room was large, spacious and had a full kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The freezer made plenty of ice for our Stanleys and Yetis. The primary room was spacious too, especially the bathroom. The bedding, pillows, and overall comfort of the bed was an 9/10. The second bedroom was not used, but separate from the primary towards the front of the unit. If I'm knit picking, the only complaints are the can opener did not work (it's rusted) and the blanket that was on the couch appeared to be dirty/stained. The convenience to RecPlex was what I was looking for when I booked this condo. It was about 10 minutes from Downtown Branson and about 20 minutes from Indian Point and Silver Dollar City. We wish there were more locally owned businesses and restaurants nearby. But no need to worry about groceries and meals, it was close to Walmart, fast food options, and some entertainment. - (Jul 2024 - VRBO)

Great property close to everything! Large condo with all the extras! Comfortable beds, room for everyone to sit comfortably in the living room for movie night. Kids loved the fireflies we saw on our walks after dinner.

We came to Branson to celebrate our 20th anniversary and it was a delightful experience. Our condo was very quiet and seemingly remote but it was a 5 minute drive to all the shows, shops and restaurants. It was well appointed with everything we needed to relax for 5 days! We could see the pool from our balcony. Thank you to our hosts, they even left us a snack. Will definitely plan to return before another 20 years go by!

Great communication with condo owners. Easy check in. Huge plus that there is an elevator on the property. Quiet area. No real traffic other than the guests staying in this group of condos. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all up to date features. Most importantly the condo was super clean!

Perfect location. Easy to get to location. One negative. Elevator to condo on 4th floor. In cold weather (and it was while we were there) it's tough waiting for it to get down. Other than that!!!PERFECT!! We will stay again...in the Summer!! Lol

Very comfortable stay! Loved the granite countertops, nicely stocked cookware & dishes. Super comfy beds, extra blankets and decorated nicely. Nice touch with all the snacks too! The elevator was a seller for us, great location!
